  1. Retail Supervisor (2 Positions)

     Job Responsibilities

  • Be able to professionally advise and guide customers on product selection and usage.
  • Manages sales staff and control retail store.
  • Dealing with customer inquiries, complaints and grievances.
  • Feedback products quality and monitoring on stock movement.
  • Prepare daily report, sales report and financial report to head office.
  • Responsible for processing cash and card payments.
  • Merchandising and store decoration to follow store guideline.
  • Report discrepancies in stock levels and customers’ feedback to manager.
  • Make sure the store tidy and clean.
  • Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or associate degree in any relevant field.
  • Must be highly passionate about communicating and interacting with people.
  • At least 2 years experience as sales supervisor at showroom.
  • Those who are from hotel and hospitality industry are welcome.
  • Be able to communicate well in Khmer and English. (Candidate can speak Chinese is priority)
  • Willing to work shift hours, weekend and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, hard working and honesty.
  1. Sales & Marketing Supervisor (1 Position)

     Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, Develop, and Implement long-term and short-term of Sales and Marketing Strategies.
  • Set up targets and goals for sales team.
  • Establish business with new customers, distributors, and agents.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers.
  • Handle customer’s new requirement and project development.
  • Handle customers’ issues and complaints.
  • Responsible for preparation of quotations.
  • Create and submit weekly and monthly reports.
  • Carry out activities according to Activity Plan.
  • Propose marketing planning, calendars, budget, and activation based from Top Management Vision Strategy as well as support Sales (ATL, BTL).
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
  • Liaise with media and advertising.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in area of Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent academic qualification.
  • At least 3 years experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Be able to manage and motivate team to reach the company goals.
  • Having excellent communication skills with all kinds of people in both spoken and written English.
  • Good computer literacy (Internet, email, Microsoft office).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and work in crosses functional teams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent tasks.
  1. Card Center Executive (1 position)

     Job Responsibilities

  • Build close relationship with our merchant partners for Visa Card.
  • Coordinate and meet corporate clients to promote card membership.
  • Develop day-to-day call/follow-up and, weekly planning to seek new merchant partners.
  • To assist card center department on all administrative works.

     Job Requirements

  • University degree is preferred in MIS and Management or related fields.
  • At least two-year experience with job related.
  • High level of English proficiency, competent in communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills time management discipline and able to work with supervision.
  • Competent of using computer application Internet, e-mail (Microsoft office).
  • Positive attitude, hard working and honesty.
  • Tidy, smart appearance and pleasant manner.
  1. Marketing Coordinator (Handle Apple Brand)

     Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising and creating brand awareness.
  • Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
  • Prepare marketing reports on marketing efforts.
  • Implement promotional activities, events, and product exhibition in related to product categories to the target customers.
  • Handling Marketing inventories and documentations.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.

     Job Requirements

  • At least Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Administrative or equivalent academic qualification.
  • At least two years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Having excellent communication skills with all kinds of people in both spoken and written English.
  • Good computer literacy (Internet, email, Microsoft office) 
  1. Graphic Designer

     Job Responsibilities

  • Design different types of layouts & Illustrations according to brand guidelines.
  • Create professional design & layout for promotional material including direct mailings, handouts, advisements, flyer, posters, banners, booths, shop signs, display cabinets, other visual layout.
  • Coordinate production activities with printers, service agencies, advertisers, vendors, check for quotations and review quality of final production before release.
  • Support the Marketing Department.

     Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
  • Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-design, Sketch Up, AutoCAD & 3D.
  • Able to communicate in English, especially writing.
  • Hardworking, high responsibilities, patient, teamwork.
  • At least 1 year experience in design field.
  • Able to meet the target and deadline.
  • Experience in printing industry is a priority.
  1. Retail Associate (3 Positions)

     Job Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth description of products and services available to customers.
  • Be able to professionally advise and guide customers on product selection and usage.

  • Must be highly passionate about communicating and interacting with people.

  • Possess some basic selling skills and interest in ICT gadgets would be added advantage.
  • Tidy, smart appearance and pleasant manner.
  • Be respectful and be flexible.
  • Positive attitude, hard working and honesty.

  1. Sales Engineer (2 positions)

     Job Responsibilities

  • Perform sales and technical support in retail stores.
  • Recommend new technologies of the company products to customers.
  • Awareness of latest technology related to the product and business.
  • Follow up customer’s need.

    Job Requirements

  • At least associate degree in Computer Science.
  • At least 1year experience in IT industrial.
  • Good command of written and spoken English language. (Candidate can speak Chinese is priority)
